NEW STUDENTS FEE PAYMENT USING ETRANZACT PAYMENT PLATFORM FOR THE 2007/2008 ACADEMIC SESSION
GETTING THE PIN AT THE BANK:
Go to any of the banks listed below to purchase the pin for the payment of either the ACCEPTANCE FEE (First Installment), BALANCE (Second Installment) or FULL PAYMENT on the University college portal.
At the bank, pay N100,000 for the acceptance fee to the bank cashier informing him that you are purchasing the etranzact pin for payment of fees on the Covenant University college portal

Once you have checked for your name or received a letter of offer of admission from Covenant University, you can start the login process with your Registration/Application Number and a default password which is "password".
(PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN LOGGING IN FOR THE FIRST TIME, USE "password" INSTEAD!!! YOU WILL BE PROMPTED TO MAKE PAYMENT OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE FEE OR THE FULL PAYMENT.
You will be presented with a post-login page which would have your details i.e. your program of study, your school.
On the top right hand corner of the page there’s a link called ‘Pay Your Fees’. Click on this link to get to the fee selection page.
On the fee selection page, the options are either ACCEPTANCE FEE (First Installment), BALANCE PAYMENT (Second Installment) and FULL PAYMENT.
Select the Acceptance Fee and click on ‘Add Selected Item to My Fees List’
Then Click on Confirm Payment
Select the payment mode (Select PIN) then click on Pay Now
Click on Pay Now again to be transferred to the chosen payment method
From the Pop-up window, read the instruction carefully and Click on ‘OK’ to proceed.
Put in your purchased etranzact pin number in the space provided. You will also note that the amount you are to pay has already been presented for you.
Click on Pay
Wait for the system update to be completed and then click on the button ‘Return to Portal’ to close the window.
To gain access into the Covenant University College Portal you MUST complete your fees by paying the OUTSTANDING which can also be paid using the procedure outline above.
After the OUTSTANDING PAYMENT is made, you will be prompted to change your default password to one of your choice. You will not be allowed to proceed beyond this point if you do not change your default password, this is for security reasons.
Click on the “Continue” Button.
You will be automatically logged into the portal.
COURSE REGISTRATION
Click on the Registration Tab.
You should see the courses you are supposed to take already outlined for you.
If your courses are not there, you can add them by first searching for them and then adding them. (Please ensure that you confirm which courses are to be registered. You could save and log out until you are sure of the courses to register).
When you are sure your courses are complete click on the submit button
