Online Admission Application Procedure
HOW
TO PAY YOUR FEES ON CU PORTAL (ALL STEPS ARE COMPULSORY). FOR NEW
STUDENTS ONLY
STEP 1:
PRINT NOTIFICATION SLIP

Print out
Admission Notification Slip from either cu.mycportal.com
-
Click on “Admission”;
-
Click on “Check
Status”
-
Type “Application
Number” and “Pin (Confirmation Order
Number)”
-
Click on “Print”
-
OR www.covenantuniversity.com (Click on view details)
STEP 2:
LOAD YOUR VIRTUAL CARD
-
Goto the bank (see
bank list on slip) with the Admission Notification Slip and load the
card with money as stated in the Admission Notification Slip
STEP 3:
ACTIVATE YOUR CARD

Goto https://www.etranzact.net/Web/changepin.jsp
-
Fill the card
details in the fields provided i.e Card Number, Default card pin, a
4-digit number as New card pin and your e-mail address,
-
Click on “Submit”
STEP 4:
LOGIN PAYMENT ON CU PORTAL
-
Goto http://cu.mycportal.com
-
To login, use your
"Application number" as Username and
"password" as your password.
-
On the post login
page where your details are stated click on the link:
"Pay
Your Fees"
-
The next page will
be the fee selection page where you click on:
ACCEPTANCE FEES and click on
"add
selected item to my fees list".

Then click on:
"confirm payment".
-
Select the payment
mode:
"eTranzact"
-
Then click on:
"pay now".
-
Click on:
"pay now"
again to be transferred to the chosen payment method by clicking
on
“Proceed”

From the pop up
window, review finally the payment including the transaction charge
by payment processor and click on:
"Continue"

Type in your:
Card Number, Card Pin & Expiry Date in the space provides

Click on:
"Pay Now".

The payment
acknowledgment page comes up next. Please wait for a message that
states:
"You
have successfully concluded payment for the specified bill. Please
keep your Transaction Id safe for future purposes"
before you Click on Finish to proceed.
STEP 5:
COMPLETING THE BALANCE OF YOUR FEES
On the fee selection page, select "Fee Completion" and the
field provided; type the amount you are left to pay. From this point
on, you can follow the procedure as stated above from item (or step)
"E".
STEP 6:
REGISTRATION:
You can only submit registration when the school opens registration
and you must have also completed your fees.
